Earlier this year, Bain & Company®, in collaboration with Kantar and Qualtrics, created a set of jointly endorsed Global CX Standards. The first ever cross-industry initiative to introduce a common language for excellence in the industry.

Now, after a detailed consultation period with CX professionals across the world, these Standards have been reviewed, improved and strengthened, to further raise the overall quality - and deliver more structure - to customer experience practices.
